SiteSmith AI. Effective October 15, 2026. Version 1.
This policy applies to every email, text message and phone call SiteSmith AI makes, on our own behalf and on behalf of clients. When we run outreach for a client, that client is the sender of record, and this policy applies to the work we do for them.
Our outreach is email. Phone calls go only to people who have replied to us. We do not send cold text messages, and a text goes out only after a person has replied by email. If we start a cold calling or cold texting program later, we will obtain National Do Not Call Registry access before the first message, and this policy will be updated first.
Reply to any message with STOP, "unsubscribe," or any words asking us to stop. Email [email protected]. You do not need to give a reason.
We add you to our do-not-contact list within 10 business days and keep you there. We keep one master list and add it to the block list of every sending workspace we run, for every client we work for, before any new list is loaded, so one request covers all of our campaigns, not only the one that reached you.
The list is kept indefinitely. We exchange do-not-contact records with each client we work for, so a person who opts out with either of us is not contacted by the other. Records are kept after an engagement ends.
Before any text or cold-call list is used, each number on it is checked for line type, for federal and state do-not-call flags and complaint flags returned by our phone-data check, and for known TCPA litigator flags, and numbers that fail are removed. No such list is in use today. This check is not a subscription to the National Do Not Call Registry. We do not currently run reassigned-number checks. Checking a list reduces risk. It does not create consent.
We will mail a printed copy of this policy to anyone who asks. Email [email protected] with the mailing address to send it to.
Chase Howard, co-founder, is responsible for this policy and for the do-not-contact list.
